Amanda is a qualified Personal Trainer and a highly experienced Pilates, group fitness and dance instructor. With over 8 years of dance performance and instruction experience, Amanda has dealt with her share of injuries and imbalances with her own body. After finding a great deal of relief through resistance & stability training & strengthening her body where it needed support, her passion and belief for helping others through exercise was formed.
Currently studying her Diploma of Fitness and Exercise Therapist Certification, Amanda aims to work with clients to increase strength, flexibility and awareness of their bodies through movement.
Booty Barre is great because it integrates the foundations of Pilates, Ballet & Yoga; all methods strengthen the body’s deeper stabilising & postural muscles, improving flexibility & agility to help prevent injury. It involves a series of controlled body weight exercises with elongation techniques to achieve maximal length in muscles fibres. Catering to all levels, students have the option to work at their own pace in a relaxed & fun environment engaging both body & mind & achieve some real results!
