Our selection of Power, Relax and Foundation classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and flexibility and will leave you feeling relaxed, re-energised and re-inspired.


Power Yoga

This dynamic class will increase your heart rate, improving cardiovascular fitness, increase your circulation, generate internal heat and build strength and muscle tone. If you are wanting to elevate your fitness then this is a great class for you. It will leave you feeling strong, re-energised and focused.

Suitable for people with a moderate fitness level and a basic knowledge of Yoga postures.

Relax/Yin Yoga

Enjoy the soothing connection of synchronised movement with breath, and re-energise your mind and body.

Our Relax Yoga classes focus on breathing techniques and deep stretches, whilst releasing tension and tightness throughout your entire body. They will leave you feeling deeply relaxed, calm and focused.

Suitable for all levels, and recommended for those people wanting both a light workout and relaxation.

Foundation Yoga

Vida Foundation Yoga introduces you to the principles and technique of basic Yoga principles. This includes breath work, correct posture, yoga sequences and relaxation. Experience mind body relaxation while building strength and flexibility. This class will help you move into the Relax and Power classes.

Suitable for all levels, but particularly recommended for beginners.

What should I wear to yoga?

Wear something comfortable that allows you to move freely.

What should I bring?

All you need to bring is workout gear and an open mind. A Yoga mat and a towel (if you have one or studio mats are available) though we encourage you to bring your own.

What should I expect?

Expect to move, breathe, sweat, smile and quiver. You may be challenged (but that’s the idea right). If you are new to yoga there may be some postures that you cannot do. This is to be expected, but with every class you take, things become a bit more familiar. Then once your movements become familiar enough that we don’t have to think, we can connect with our conscious breath, and then yoga can truly begin.

What should I do?

Lay your mat near the centre of the room, this way you can hear the teacher, and see others if you get a little lost. Grab some blocks. The teachers will always ask, but please be sure to mention any injury before the class begins. Welcome and enjoy.
